Refund policy

Returns

We understand.  Sometimes, when you order online, you will want to return an item and be refunded or exchange an item for a different size.

We try to make this as easy as possible for you.

If you want a refund, you can either send it back to us at 77, Grafton Street along with your order number or you can call in to the shop with the item you are returning. 

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size,  either call or email us and we can organise that for you.  You can also call in to the shop and try another size. 

It helps if you also send us email to let us know at loveshoes@thomaspatrick.com when you are returning something that you have purchased online. 

 

We will refund or exchange any item purchased online from our website if you return it to us within 21 days of receiving it.  

We advise that you get a tracking code when returning items as we can not be responsible for packages that do not arrive. 

We recommend using the An Post service Click and Post to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be as new, not have been worn outside and be in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original box that was shipped to you.

We do not provide free returns.


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected and a refund approved, we will process it immediately and send you an email saying that a refund has been processed.  Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to arrive in your account.

Damaged or defective items:

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of shoes once you have received them.  If you believe that you have received a defective item, we will need to inspect the item and/or consult with the manufacturer to determine if an item is defective.  If an item is found to be defective, then we will offer a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
